Thank you for shopping at Madison & Ava. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy. To return an item, please review the information below and follow the return instructions provided.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept return requests within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition in which it was received.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- All tags, labels, and accessories must be included.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

You must contact us before returning any item in order to receive return authorization and the correct return instructions.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking information, as Madison & Ava cannot be responsible for returns lost during transit.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 4 hours of being placed.
After this period, your order may have already entered processing and can no longer be canceled.
If you wish to cancel your order after the cancellation window has expired, you must wait until the package has been delivered and then submit a return request in accordance with this Return Policy.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Items that have been worn, used, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Items returned without prior authorization
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order.
To assist with your claim, we may request:
- Clear photographs of the item
- Photographs of the packaging
- A brief description of the issue
If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement item, store credit, or another appropriate resolution.
Restocking Fees
Madison & Ava does not charge restocking fees for approved returns.

After inspection, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
