Delivery Process

Once you place an order with Madison & Ava, our team immediately begins processing your order with care and attention.

All products undergo quality control inspections to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

After inspection, items are securely packaged using protective packaging materials to help prevent damage during transit. Your order is then handed over to one of our trusted shipping partners for delivery.

If there is an issue reaching the provided shipping address or arranging delivery, the carrier may contact you directly to resolve the matter.

We work with trusted carriers within the United States, including:

A tracking number will be sent to your email address as soon as your order has been shipped.

Shipping Within the United States

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday)

Shipping Time: 4–7 business days (Monday to Friday)

Estimated Total Delivery Time: 5–10 business days (Monday to Friday)

Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (Eastern Time – GMT-4)

Orders placed after the daily cut-off time will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Fees

Madison & Ava offers free domestic shipping within the United States.

No minimum purchase amount is required to qualify for free shipping.

Address Changes

Customers may request a shipping address change by contacting our customer support team within 24 hours of placing an order.

Once an order has entered processing, the shipping address can no longer be modified.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information entered during checkout is accurate and complete.

Madison & Ava is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Shipping Cancellation Policy

Once an order has entered processing, it can no longer be canceled.

Customers may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

If you have any concerns regarding your order, please contact our support team before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Policy for Parcels Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order.

To process your claim, we may request:

  • Clear photographs of the damaged package
  • Photographs of the damaged item(s)
  • A brief description of the issue

After reviewing the information provided, we may offer a replacement item, store credit, or another appropriate resolution for products confirmed to have been damaged during transit.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment using the tracking information provided.

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please first:

  • Check with household members
  • Check with neighbors
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly
